​Refund Policy

No Refunds 

Refunds are not provided for services rendered once the work is completed, unless there is clear failure to deliver as promised (missed services..) in that case we will offer a discount or go back to the area we missed.

 

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Any cancellation after this window will incur a $30.00 cancellation fee. If we are unable to reach the customer or the customer is unavailable at the time of service, the full service fee will still apply.

All services must be paid in full at the time of the service or before.
